Order procces

After you as a customer buy any of the plugin or services, first we have to approve the order then we will get in touch with you.
If you bought any of plugin or service you would not be able to download until we approve the payment.

Each plugin is allowed or expected to be used for only one (1) website publishing. In case of second website you have to reorder the plugin, software or service.
Anyone who ordered our software cannot distribute and resell our product software or services without our permission.

Support

For each our plugins, templates, services etc. webenfo.com supply support and we expect or guarantee that at least it is working on default software. Even we expect that it is a case that it may occur a bug, in such a case we intend to solve the bugs and make it better otherwise we will refund your money.

Customer Relationship

Webenfo.com we are intended to supply best, satisfied services, support in a good manner with our customers.

Money Back

in case of reasonable unsatisfied condition we will refund your money for the order or plugin,services, template that you had purchased. For refunding you have to inform us and send us  with a reasonable occasion. To clarify, we will not refund unreasonable occasions that is not result from our services or plugins.
